A little good luck for the road ahead.

This Egyptian stone scarab has a cream and tan surface with incised lines defining the beetle’s wing cases and head. The underside features a long-necked bird motif with additional markings above it.

In ancient Egypt, the scarab was closely associated with Khepri, the god of the rising sun. The sun’s return each morning made the beetle an enduring symbol of renewal and new life. Scarab-shaped amulets also expressed hopes for protection, giving this familiar form a meaning beyond its decorative appeal.

Chosen as a symbol of good luck, this scarab makes a thoughtful gift for a new job, a journey or a fresh chapter. Its connection with the returning sun offers a hopeful reminder that each day brings another chance to begin.
