We process most orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is delayed or requires additional processing time, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping within Canada
Most Canadian orders ship by a tracked service with an estimated transit time of 3–9 business days after processing. Standard shipping is $15 CAD, and Canadian orders of $200 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Some oversized, unusually heavy, customized, or specially packaged products may have different shipping rates. The available services, prices, and current delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
United States and international shipping
Available tracked shipping services, prices, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipment weight, and products ordered. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the shipment and do not include our processing time.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Local delivery
Eligible orders of at least $75 CAD may receive free local delivery within 15 km of our 17th Avenue store. Availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Pickup orders are usually ready within two hours during business hours. Please wait for the pickup-ready email before visiting and bring your order confirmation.

Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking information after the order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear. If tracking has not updated for five business days, or the order has not arrived by the estimate shown at checkout, contact us at info@sonofthepharaoh.com with your order number.
If an order arrives damaged, please keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can help.
