We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.
To request a return, email info@sonofthepharaoh.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending an item.
Items that cannot be returned
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Perfume oils, incense, and opened consumable, hygiene, or personal-care products
• Customized or personalized products, including custom papyri
• Belly-dance clothing and other intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous or flammable goods
• Products marked Final Sale
Sale-priced products that are not marked Final Sale remain eligible under the standard return requirements.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@sonofthepharaoh.com with your order number and photographs. If we made an error or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or return at our expense.
Return shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service because returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received.
Refunds
We will inspect the return and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund, contact info@sonofthepharaoh.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to return it and place a new order after the return is approved. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under the section above.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only before fulfillment begins. After fulfillment, the return rules above apply.
