This Egyptian stone shabti has a turquoise colour with pale cream and tan patches across its surface. The front features a defined face, a long headdress, crossed arms and a vertical arrangement of incised markings. The back is mostly plain, with the headdress outlined above the tapered body.

Shabtis were funerary figures in ancient Egypt, intended to perform work for the deceased in the afterlife. This figure reflects that traditional form.
