Pale cloudy areas, honey-coloured spots and deeper brown patches create a varied pattern across this rounded alabaster vase. A low neck and broad flared rim sit above its full shoulders, giving it a compact, balanced form.
The photographs reveal different groupings of colour on each side, from scattered warm markings to a larger dark patch near one shoulder. Measuring 21 cm tall and 19 cm wide, it brings both pattern and a soft rounded shape to a display.
Alabaster’s natural veining and gentle translucency give each piece its own character. This vase is hand carved on the West Bank of Luxor, Egypt.
The vase shown in the photographs is the individual piece offered.
