A little guidance
Choosing incense
How do I choose an incense format?
Start with a scent you enjoy and check whether the listing is for sticks, cones or another form. Match it with a holder intended for that format. Read the package instructions before use.
Is a holder included?
Use the contents stated in the individual listing. Do not assume a photographed holder or accessory is included. Ask us if a pack quantity or dimension is unclear.
Can incense be returned?
Incense is final sale under our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
