Pandora's Box

Pandora's box is an artifact in Greek mythology, originating from the myth of Pandora. Pandora was the first woman created by the gods and was given various gifts by the gods, including a jar containing all manner of misery and evil. She opened the jar, releasing evils over the earth, but managed to contain hope inside.
