How do you pack orders?

We carefully bubble wrap and box items for shipping. The packing approach depends on the piece. If your order has particular handling needs, contact us before ordering so we can discuss it with you.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally. Available services and prices depend on the destination and the products in your order. Enter your address at checkout to see the options. If no option appears, contact us before ordering; a worldwide service does not mean every item can ship to every address.

How much does shipping cost?

The current Shipping Policy explains Canadian rates and free-shipping eligibility. Oversized, unusually heavy, customized or specially packaged products may have different rates. Checkout shows the available options for your actual order and address.

When will my order arrive?

Processing and carrier transit are separate. Our Shipping Policy states the current processing window; checkout shows available delivery estimates. These are estimates, so contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Can I pick up my order in Calgary?

Choose pickup if it is available at checkout. Wait for the pickup-ready email before visiting and bring your order confirmation. Pickup is at our 17th Avenue shop: 1512 17th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2T 0C8. Check current hours and directions.

Is local delivery available?

Local-delivery eligibility is determined by the address entered at checkout. Check the current Shipping Policy for the order threshold and service area. If local delivery does not appear for your order, contact us to discuss the options.

Are international duties and taxes included?

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges assessed by the destination country, as described in our Shipping Policy. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

How do I track an order or report a delay?

When tracking is available, we email it after shipping. Check the carrier’s tracking page and the delivery estimate. If an update is overdue, contact us with your order number; the Shipping Policy explains when to get in touch.

What if something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Keep the item and its packaging, and contact us promptly at info@sonofthepharaoh.com with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate help under our Return & Refund Policy.
