Our family business began in Egypt. Emad Adly and Carol Card brought that tradition to Calgary in 1990. Jacob now works alongside them, and we run the shop together as a family. Read our story.

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the condition and proof-of-purchase requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back. Exclusions and return-shipping costs apply.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is possible only before fulfillment begins. Address or item changes depend on the order’s status, so please wait for our confirmation. After fulfillment, the published return rules apply.

Material is what a piece is made from; finish describes its surface colour or treatment. A gold-coloured finish does not mean solid gold, and a black finish does not establish that a piece is basalt or granite. Check the individual listing’s material and photographs.

Start with the material stated in the listing. Our selection includes stone, metal and resin pieces. “Cold cast bronze resin” is a resin-based description and should not be read as a claim of solid bronze. Ask us if a listing leaves the construction unclear.

We use the material names recorded for each item. A colour or photograph alone is not a mineral identification. If the precise composition matters to you, contact us about that piece before ordering.

Check the listed height, width, depth and weight where available. Measure the space and the footprint of your shelf or table. Photographs of different products are not to scale; a small figurine and a large stone statue can fill the same image frame.

Natural patterning and hand-applied details can vary. Read the listing to see whether it describes the photographed item or an example. If a particular mark or colour is important, ask us to confirm the current piece before you order.

Do not assume a decorative statue is suitable for rain, frost or direct sun. Outdoor suitability depends on its material and finish. Ask us about the specific product before placing it outdoors or using water or cleaning products on it.

Oversized or unusually heavy items may have different shipping rates. Check the options shown for your address at checkout, or contact us with the product name and your destination before ordering. See our packing and shipping guide.

Choose a note you enjoy, then read the individual oil’s scent description. Floral, fresh, woody and warm are starting points, and an oil can belong to more than one group. Scent changes as you wear it; descriptions cannot guarantee exactly how it will smell on you.

The fragrance-family tiles show oils containing either of the notes named on the tile. For example, Floral includes Rose or Jasmine. Use the scent-note filter to refine the list, or clear the selected notes to return to all oils.

Top notes describe the opening impression. Heart notes form the centre, while base notes give the fragrance depth as it settles. Read the combination rather than choosing from one note alone.

Check the size selector on the product page for current options and availability. A smaller bottle can be a useful way to explore a scent; a larger bottle holds more of a favourite. Price and availability update with the selected size.

Perfume oils are final sale under our Return & Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can help.

Please check the individual product information and ask us about any ingredients you need to avoid. “Natural,” “vegan” or “alcohol-free” does not by itself mean a fragrance is suitable for every person.

Papyrus sheets are made from strips of the papyrus plant’s inner stalk, placed in crossing layers and pressed into a sheet. It is a different process from making paper from a suspended pulp.

Yes. All of our papyrus comes with a certificate of authenticity from our manufacturer in Egypt.

Papyrus is versatile and easy to frame, and its natural edge is part of its beauty. It looks beautiful against a matte paper background or floating between panes of glass or plexiglass. Choose a frame that gives the artwork and its edges room to show.

Keep artwork away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. Handle it with clean, dry hands and avoid folding.

We carefully bubble wrap and box items for shipping. The packing approach depends on the piece. If your order has particular handling needs, contact us before ordering so we can discuss it with you.

We ship internationally. Available services and prices depend on the destination and the products in your order. Enter your address at checkout to see the options. If no option appears, contact us before ordering; a worldwide service does not mean every item can ship to every address.

The current Shipping Policy explains Canadian rates and free-shipping eligibility. Oversized, unusually heavy, customized or specially packaged products may have different rates. Checkout shows the available options for your actual order and address.

Local-delivery eligibility is determined by the address entered at checkout. Check the current Shipping Policy for the order threshold and service area. If local delivery does not appear for your order, contact us to discuss the options.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges assessed by the destination country, as described in our Shipping Policy. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

When tracking is available, we email it after shipping. Check the carrier’s tracking page and the delivery estimate. If an update is overdue, contact us with your order number; the Shipping Policy explains when to get in touch.
